Jet Dream – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Jet Dream: website and booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Eligibility
Renters and operators must meet all applicable requirements under the laws of the State of Washington. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety requirements are not met.
Boater Education Card
The renter and any person operating a personal watercraft are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding boater education requirements.
By renting equipment from Jet Dream:, you represent and warrant that you possess any legally required Boater Education Card or other required certification and that you are legally authorized to operate the rented watercraft in the State of Washington.
Jet Dream: reserves the right to verify such documentation and to refuse service if the required documentation is not provided.
3. Bookings and Payments
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.
- Full payment, deposit, or both may be required at the time of booking, depending on the reservation.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if payment cannot be successfully processed.
4. Cancellations and Weather
- Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.
If we cancel a reservation due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, government restrictions, or other safety-related circumstances, you will receive either:
- a full refund; or
- the option to reschedule your reservation.
Weather decisions are made solely at our discretion based on safety considerations.
5. Rental Rules
By renting our equipment, you agree to:
- operate the equipment safely and responsibly;
- follow all federal, state, and local boating laws;
- follow all instructions provided during the safety briefing;
- never operate the equipment while under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- immediately report any accident, damage, or equipment malfunction.
You are financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, reckless operation, or violation of these Terms.
6. Assumption of Risk
Operating personal watercraft and other recreational watercraft involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with the activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jet Dream:, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jet Dream:, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our equipment or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
